This is a great way for Dental Hygienists, and all others who cannot practice clinical anymore, but would like to stay in Dental Hygiene and their profession. Join a wellness network community.

Patient Health - Learn to implement assessment techniques, puzzle mapping and offer a "menu of services" for your existing patients. You will also learn an "Integrative Health Practitioner Team" approach conversing with such practitioners as MD's, Acupuncturists, Dentists, Hygienists, Chiropractors and much more to help your patients mouth and body health improve to total health!

Nutritional Application for Hygiene Patients

Nutrition, inflammation, toxicity, digestion, oxidation assessment

Explores the nutritional needs of the patient, with an emphasis on pain control, soft tissue and joint healing and total health strategies. By understanding how the body actually works, we can apply this knowledge to maximize our clinical outcomes. Topics include the fundamentals of general cell physiology as it applies to clinical patient care, pain pathways, and connective tissue inflammatory and regenerative pathways.

Day Two

BioMechanical

Postural Analysis and Assessment

Learn about Postural Assessment and "ascending vs. descending" influences. Chirodontics is also an excellent introduction to Cranial-Dental Orthopedics. Cranial anatomy and the various cranial distortion patterns are discussed and you will learn some basic cranial releases with hands-on cranial techniques. We also learn the Dental strategies for diagnosing and correcting these distortions, and how to incorporate these strategies into an efficient Chiro-Dental team syntax.

Cranial Analysis and Its Implications

Explore more specific diagnosis of difficult cranial patterns and their manual corrections. Learn about Respiratory Tri-Planer Corrections and Cranial Trauma Patterns. Cranial nerve Examinations and Headache differential diagnosis will also be taught. Advanced diagnosis using kinesiological "flow charting" will be explored to determine the nature and correction priorities of these cranial patterns.

BioEnergetics

Studying the Electromagnetic Spectrum we discover that just like radio waves, air waves, etc., cellular walls inside our bodies also have frequency too. Learn what measuring those frequencies means and how to learn what they mean.

Health Assessment workstations

Break into small groups to experience one on one learning of all health assessment taking instruments. Even get your own health assessments for your own health.

Day Three

Case Review

One case is picked from the previous day’s health assessment workstations. The group learns how to correlate findings from this patient’s assessment. The learning of how to correlate findings and learn how to get to “root cause” is established.

Integrative Health Syntax

Learn to utilize an Integrative Health Syntax model inside your practice. Where do you wish to begin? How to set up an Integrative Health business model inside your practice.
